• Once the purchase is completed, email us a clear copy of your ‘Certificate of Indian status identity card and any other government-issued photo ID.
• The sales receipt on the status identity card will be prepared in the person’s name. i.e., the bike owner will be the person in the status ID card.
• Once documents are reviewed and found adequate, the refund amount (minus any refund processing fees) will be transferred to the customer.
